Chatsworth, Georgia - Fabrics Plant
All tufting and texturizing is conducted at our fabrics plant in Chatsworth, Georgia. This facility houses 10 newly refurbished tufting machines with the following features:

• Wide range of tufting gauge capabilities including 3/16", 1/4" 3/8", 1/2" and 3/4".
• Dual yarn feed system and thatch product capability.
• Latest generation polyurethane finishing system featuring one of the highest perforation patterns and average tuftbind in the industry.
• Patented hot melt coating capability.

Tufted pile heights vary from 1/4" up to 3". By using in-house manufactured yarns and backing, the end product remains consistent. Our texturizing capability provides significant opportunity for product differentiation.

Dadeville, Alabama - Fibers Plant
A wide range of polyethylene and polypropylene yarns are manufactured at our fibers plant in Dadeville, Alabama. Yarn deniers range from 1K to 125K and thickness from 60 to 120 microns. Yarn tapes are slit film mono and slit film fibrillated in multiple colors.

This facility features state of the art slit film and monofilament extrusion for polyethylene, polypropylene and nylon grass yarns, with the latest technology in twisting and winding including multi-color, multi-denier and multi-yarn type twisting for turf and carpet yarns.
