Premium Yarns for Turf

Nexcel manufactures slit tape yarns, flat or fibrillated, for weaving, knitting and other fabric forming methods. The yarns are produced with stringent specifications and are available twisted or flat on several different packages. Typical applications for these yarns are geotextiles, ground covers, high strength straps, twine and rope.

Nexcel Synthetics produces both polypropylene and polyethylene fibrillated yarns for artificial turfs. The yarns are produced in denier ranges from 4600 denier to 11000 denier and are then custom twisted for the ultimate tufting and durability requirements.

• Nexgen Mono-Tape is durable and beautiful. Combining the best of spinneret monofilament and tape extrusion technology, NEXGEN fibers deliver performance and style. Available in several width and thickness combinations.
• Newgen Parallel Fibrillated is an industry standard parallel fibrillation with the option of 8,000 or 10,000 denier.
• Nexcel Mono Spinneret Monofilament is the latest generation of spinneret Monofilament technology. We produce a standard 8-end fiber for both athletic field and non-athletic surface (landscape) applications.
• Nylon is constructed from Spinneret Monofilaments ranging from 4400 to 11,000 denier, either straight or texturized. Our nylon is custom designed for golf, landscape and field products.
• NexLawn Custom was introduced because each customer has different needs. Nexcel has the most flexibility of any artificial turf producer worldwide.
